Academic Success and Bar Preparation

The office of Academic Success and Bar Preparation is designed to assist students in achieving their highest academic potential and passing the bar exam. The office provides one-on-one assistance with legal writing and analysis, study habits, and scheduling. Throughout the school year, the office holds workshops that are available to all students.

In preparation for the bar exam, the office provides assistance with the bar exam and character and fitness applications. This office also provides students and faculty with the latest information on the NextGen Bar exam.

To further assist students with bar exam preparation, we offer a Bar Skills course that teaches our students the necessary skills for passing the bar exam in Uniform Bar Exam jurisdictions, state specific bar exam jurisdictions, and NextGen Bar Exam jurisdictions. The course is taught in the fall and spring semesters by office Director Keri Foster and Assistant Director Riley Christian.
