Phi Delta Phi

The International Legal Fraternity of Phi Delta Phi was established in 1869 to promote a higher standard of professional ethics and responsibility for lawyers in the global community. We are the second oldest legal organization in North America, second to the Columbus, Ohio Bar Association. The fraternity holds a unique position in the history of the bench, bar and law schools for its devoted to legal excellence, which has spread into México and Europe. Phi Delta Phi lifetime members number well over 200,000, you can see below a few of our notable members. The Bryant Inn at Howard Law was chartered in 1977 as an Honors Inn, selecting members of the Law School community that have demonstrated excellence in the classroom and dedication to the community. Our annual induction of members is held in the Spring Semester and made available to students who have completed at least one semester of law school.
