Howard Law Civil Rights Clinic Files Amicus Brief in D.C. v. Trump

The Howard Law Civil Rights Clinic, alongside religious leaders, submitted an amicus brief in D.C. v. Trump highlighting how the National Guard’s deployment harmed D.C. faith communities by reducing attendance at services and diverting resources to legal and counseling support.

On April 4, HUSL celebrated the formal installation of Dean Roger A. Fairfax, Jr. with a ceremony featuring a keynote address by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson.
