Howard Law Alumna Makes ‘Notable Women in Law’ List

Charlene Glover-Hogan (J.D. ’86) recently appeared on Crain’s Detroit Business’ 2019 Notable Women in Law list.

Glover-Hogan was appointed a public administrator in Michigan’s Oakland County in 2016 to assist the state public administrator. The only African-American public administrator in the county, she specializes in the estates of persons who did not leave wills and have no known heirs. With her greatest strength being her compassion when dealing with complicated guardianship and conservatorship cases, she takes great care of her elderly and vulnerable clients.
