July 5 – Bidding Closes at 12 p.m. EDT.


Mandatory Cover Letter Workshop

June 13 – To be held at K&L Gates (1601 K Street, NW)

RSVP via Symplicty Events Tab by June 10 at 12 p.m. EDT

Mandatory Interview Workshop

June 23 – To be held at Pillsbury Winthrop (1200 17th St NW)

Pre-Selected Students Pick Interview Times

July 23 – Students will pick the times they want to interview with Employers that choose them.

July 30 – Pre-Select Closes at 11:59 p.m. EDT.

EIW Interview 
Cancellation Period

July 23 – Students are allowed to cancel interviews with employers that choose them if they so wish.[2]

Aug. 5 – Interview Cancellation Period Closes at 11:59 p.m. EDT.

Alternate-Selected Students Pick Interview Times (if available)

July 31 – Students picked as 'Alternates' are allowed to sign up for open interview slots (first come, first served).

Aug. 2 – Alternate Sign up Period Closes at 11:59 p.m. EDT.

Check in with OCS regarding any employment offers or if you plan on cancelling callback interviews

Aug. 18 – We want to make sure that you are making the best decision for your career, so make an appointment with Dean Dennis to discuss your options.

[1] For any major firms (especially in NY and DC) that are not participating in this program, make plans to send individual applications as soon as you get your grades in (i.e., your resume and transcript attached to a one paragraph email explaining your interest in the firm).

[2] MAKE SURE to consult an OCS counselor before you decide to do this.  You could be giving up a good opportunity or shortchanging yourself!
