Facilities Management Office


The Facilities Management Office is responsible for managing the overall building maintenance and repair of west campus.  Specifically the facility management office conducts the inspection of all building systems, plans and schedules repairs, and confers with engineers, contractors, and inspectors to resolve facility related issues. The facility management office coordinates the remodeling, renovation and construction of facilities.  In addition the facilities management office investigates, and resolves service requests and complaints of building occupants, management, and the general public.

Law School Facilities Maintenance Work Request

Submit work request by clicking on law school facilities and entering the following data:

  • Select building name from drop down menu
  • Enter room number
  • Enter your name
  • Enter your telephone number
  • Enter your email address
  • Provide description of work request

Please save by clicking on the save button in the upper left hand corner of the page.
By clicking on the Save Button, the work request is automatically sent to facility management.
Someone from facilities services will respond to your request.

This form is only to be used for submitting non-emergency work request.
